• The company should be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
• You are requested to attach the pictures of the received items in your order cancellation request in order to expedite the process
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all its original packaging and tags.
• The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
• The customer may be offered a refund or exchange for the product, depending on the company’s policy.
• In case of an Exchange, your exchange is expected to be delivered within 3 Working Days. 
• Your Return item will be picked up at the same time of the delivery of the exchange item
• In case of Returns & Refunds, the standard timeline of the process is 7-15 Days to complete the Return Pickup and Refund Process
