Orders and Shipping
All the orders are delivered within 1-2 Working Days across UAE
You can create an account on checkout while placing an order. However it is not mandatory to create an account to place an order.
You can send an email to info@perfumescorner.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. Our support team will do the needful to rectify your shipping address.
- You can track the status of your order from the My Account Page / Track Order Page after you have placed an order using your Order ID & Email Address used while placing the order
- You can also track your order by sending an email to info@perfumescorner.com with your order number
We do not charge Sales TAX / VAT
We have delivery across UAE Only.
Yes you will receive all the items in your order in single package
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
- You are requested to notify us immediately ( Maximum within 3 Days after receiving the order ) with your order cancellation request via email to any of the following email addresses: info@perfumescorner.com
- The company should be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
- You are requested to attach the pictures of the received items in your order cancellation request in order to expedite the process
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all its original packaging and tags.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
- The customer may be offered a refund or exchange for the product, depending on the company’s policy.
- In case of an Exchange, your exchange is expected to be delivered within 3 Working Days.
- Your Return item will be picked up at the same time of the delivery of the exchange item
- In case of Returns & Refunds, the standard timeline of the process is 7-15 Days to complete the Return Pickup and Refund Process
