Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging intact.
For Returns & Refunds Kindly follow the process:
- You are requested to notify us immediately ( Maximum within 3 Days after receiving the order ) with your order cancellation request via email to any of the following email addresses: info@perfumescorner.com
- The company should be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
- You are requested to attach the pictures of the received items in your order cancellation request in order to expedite the process
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all its original packaging and tags.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
- The customer may be offered a refund or exchange for the product, depending on the company’s policy.
- In case of an Exchange, your exchange is expected to be delivered within 3 Working Days.
- Your Return item will be picked up at the same time of the delivery of the exchange item
- In case of Returns & Refunds, the standard timeline of the process is 7-15 Days to complete the Return Pickup and Refund Process
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 Working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@perfumescorner.com with the pictures of the received item & your order number.
